AWS ParallelCluster 3.16 adds an on-node diagnostics tool

AWS ParallelCluster now includes a diagnostics tool for cluster nodes, improves stability, and updates the HPC software stack

AWS ParallelCluster 3.16 is now generally available with a new on-node diagnostics tool called pcluster-diag, which allows running diagnostic checks on any cluster node with a single command and provides a structured report to help identify issues. This release also enhances cluster stability during creation, updates, and image builds, and updates the software stack with newer versions of NVIDIA driver, CUDA, EFA installer, and Slurm.
