Amazon Quick now supports live data from your datasets in apps
Amazon Quick adds support for using live data from datasets directly in applications, enabling KPIs, charts, and insights to always reflect the latest data, with each user seeing data according to their permissions.
Today, Amazon Quick added support for applications to use live data directly from datasets, ensuring KPIs, charts, tables, and insights are always up to date. These applications facilitate data-driven workflows, including handling requests, approvals, and triggering next steps. Users see only data allowed by their Quick permissions, applying existing row and column-level security. To build an application, specify the dataset name and describe desired features to the application builder's chat agent, enriching portals like request and approval teams. This feature is available in all supported Quick regions. For validation, see the blog post, and for details, refer to the Quick user guide on connecting to datasets.
