Amazon SES now supports tenant-level deliverability insights
Amazon SES adds tenant-level deliverability insights in Virtual Deliverability Manager, enabling customers to monitor and troubleshoot email performance for each tenant individually
Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) now supports tenant-level deliverability analysis with Virtual Deliverability Manager (VDM). Tenant management lets senders isolate email sending by customer, business unit, or application. Previously, VDM provided deliverability metrics at the account, ISP, sending identity, and configuration set levels; now customers with VDM enabled can monitor deliverability for each tenant. The VDM dashboard adds a tenant view showing metrics per tenant (volume, deliveries, bounces, complaints, opens, clicks) and allows detailed checks by email provider and related identities or configuration sets. Customers can search and export tenant messages or programmatically query tenant metrics using the new TENANT_NAME dimension in the BatchGetMetricData API, enabling them to identify and fix delivering issues for specific tenants without affecting others. Virtual Deliverability Manager is available in all AWS regions where Amazon SES is offered.
