AWS Transform for .NET now generally available via CLI

AWS Transform for .NET is now available via a single-line CLI command, complementing existing experiences like the web app, Visual Studio IDE, Kiro Power, and MCP agents. It enables automated code modernization and performance optimization at scale

AWS has launched general availability of AWS-managed transformations for .NET modernization. The transformations can be triggered via a single CLI command, run interactively, or scripted into existing pipelines and workflows. The CLI experience integrates seamlessly with existing web applications, Visual Studio IDE, Kiro Power, and MCP agents. AWS Transform custom enables organizations to modernize and transform code at scale using AWS-managed and custom transformations. It supports language version upgrades, framework migrations, performance optimization, and codebase analysis, offering ready-to-use or customizable transformations. These transformations continuously improve, learning from each engagement to deliver more accurate and efficient results. AWS Transform custom and AWS Transform for .NET are available in eight AWS regions: US East (N. Virginia), Asia Pacific (Mumbai, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney), Canada (Central), and Europe (Frankfurt, London). The .NET modernization transformation includes 50,000 free agent minutes per month.
