Amazon Bedrock's Web Search is now available in AWS GovCloud (US-West), providing compliance-aware web results for government and public sector workloads
Web Search on Amazon Bedrock is now available in AWS GovCloud (US-West). This feature allows supported OpenAI GPT models to ground responses with web information and include source citations. It keeps request data within AWS boundaries by default and is managed via IAM. Web Search is used only when the model determines current information is needed. Available regions include US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), and AWS GovCloud (US-West).
