Amazon MemoryDB now supports AWS PrivateLink in AWS GovCloud (US) regions, enabling private access from within a VPC.

Amazon MemoryDB now supports AWS PrivateLink in the AWS GovCloud (US-West) and AWS GovCloud (US-East) regions. With AWS PrivateLink, applications within a VPC can privately access Amazon MemoryDB APIs. By creating an interface VPC endpoint, you can access the VPC endpoint from other VPCs using VPC Peering or from on-premises environments using AWS VPN or AWS Direct Connect.
