Amazon Connect Customer now supports rule-based redaction for agent screen recording

Amazon Connect Customer now allows you to create rules to automatically redact specific applications or URLs from agent screen recordings, helping supervisors identify compliance issues more effectively.

Amazon Connect Customer now enables you to protect sensitive information in agent screen recordings by defining rules to redact specific applications or URLs. When a rule condition is met, the system automatically redacts the matching content in the post-contact screen recording. This feature is available on Windows operating systems in all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect is offered.
