Amazon Connect Talent is now generally available. This solution accelerates large-scale candidate selection using AI. Based on Amazon's decades of recruitment science, AI agents conduct structured voice interviews and perform evidence-based evaluations, scoring candidates consistently. Recruiters can focus on strategic decision-making while candidates take interviews anytime, anywhere. Recruiters review AI-generated scores, transcripts, and detailed candidate assessments for faster, consistent decisions. Features include competency-based assessments, adaptive AI-led voice interviews, a customizable mobile-first candidate portal, and onboarding tools for system administrators. Amazon Connect Talent evaluates hundreds of candidates simultaneously, supporting hiring surges, and is available in AWS US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) regions.
