AWS Marketplace sellers now receive qualified demo and private offer requests in minutes
AWS Marketplace sellers with demo or private offer buttons enabled can now act on customer requests within minutes, as AWS automatically qualifies leads and creates opportunities with defined use cases in Partner Central.
Sellers who enable the request demo or private offer call-to-action buttons on AWS Marketplace can respond within minutes of a customer submitting a request. When a customer submits a request, they can provide use case details, and AWS Marketplace evaluates these details in the agent workflow to create an active prospect for the seller, including the defined use case. Each opportunity arrives in AWS Partner Central with the customer's contact information and use case, allowing the seller to contact them directly. Previously, an AWS representative qualified all requests, which took days to share, but now sellers receive all active leads instantly without waiting for manual qualification by AWS. Even if a customer provides only contact information without additional details, the seller receives the lead for completion in the AWS lead prospecting workflow. Sellers who have not yet added the request demo or private offer buttons can enable them by following the steps in the AWS Marketplace seller guide. This allows customers to request demos or private offers directly from the seller's product listing page, accelerating product evaluation and shortening the procurement cycle.
