Amazon MWAA now offers provisioned environments in the Mexico (Central) region (mx-central-1). While the server-less Amazon MWAA was already available, customers can now use provisioned environments for Apache Airflow workflows. Amazon MWAA is a managed orchestration service for Apache Airflow that simplifies large-scale data pipeline setup and operation in the cloud. Customers can create provisioned environments using the AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, AWS SDK, or AWS CloudFormation. This allows Mexico (Central) customers to run workflows closer to data sources and end users, reducing latency and meeting data residency requirements. For more information, see the Amazon MWAA product page and documentation on supported regions.
