New feature

Amazon Quick now supports brand templates for on-brand presentations and documents

Amazon Quick allows uploading brand templates to create presentations and documents that match approved visual identity. Brand managers set up a template once, and everyone gets on-brand output without searching for the right file in each chat.

Starting today, Amazon Quick allows uploading brand templates. Brand managers can upload PowerPoint or Word templates or retrieve them from connected file stores like SharePoint. Quick extracts colors, fonts, logos, layouts and brand rules from each file for review and editing by brand managers before organization-wide publishing. When creating new assets, Quick enforces template rules, explains violations and suggests brand-compliant alternatives. The best template is chosen based on guidance written by brand managers for each task, though users may select different templates. Admins set custom permissions to control who can create and publish brand templates, limiting visual standards setting to approved teams like brand and marketing. Brand assets are now generally available in the Amazon Quick desktop app. For details, see Amazon Quick documentation or sign up for a free account to start using Quick in minutes.
