Amazon WorkSpaces Applications adds in-console monitoring capabilities

Amazon WorkSpaces Applications now enables administrators to access real-time session and resource metrics directly within the service console

Amazon WorkSpaces Applications now offers native monitoring embedded in the service console. Administrators can view real-time session metrics, instance-level resource data, and network performance without third-party tools or CloudWatch expertise. Previously, large deployments required external solutions or complex CloudWatch dashboards; now comprehensive monitoring is available with no configuration. The console provides fleet-level visibility, customizable session tables with filtering, and graphical views of metrics like frame rate and CPU usage. All metrics are also available in CloudWatch, giving customers flexibility. This functionality is available in all regions where Amazon WorkSpaces Applications is offered.
