AWS End User Messaging adds registration improvements for faster, higher-quality submissions

AWS End User Messaging now simplifies messaging registrations with clearer guidance and explicit field requirements, helping users avoid common rejection reasons and submit compliant evidence like opt-in proof and sample messages more efficiently.

AWS End User Messaging improves registration with clearer guidance, explicit field requirements, and support to avoid common rejections. It now includes mockups of opt-ins and sample messages for US 10DLC, US short codes, US toll-free numbers, and RCS to meet compliance before submission. The registration API response shows conditional logic, eliminating the need for AI agents to guess required fields, and adds recording instructions for RCS compliance videos. These enhancements are available in all regions where AWS End User Messaging is offered. See the End User Messaging user guide for details and getting started.
