AWS Transform announces Azure-to-AWS cloud-native code conversion
AWS Transform now generally available for converting Azure SDK to AWS SDK, accelerating migration of Microsoft Azure cloud-native .NET applications to AWS with support for key services
AWS Transform now generally available for migrating Microsoft Azure cloud-native .NET applications to AWS, converting Azure service code to AWS service code. It supports Azure Functions to AWS Lambda, Azure Blob Storage to Amazon S3, and Azure Queue Storage to Amazon SQS, with Azure Cosmos DB to Amazon DynamoDB in preview. AWS Transform detects Azure SDKs in submitted source code, evaluates conversion options, and presents reports and modernization plans for user approval or adjustment. Post-conversion, changes are validated within the transformed code. The feature is available in eight AWS regions: US East (N. Virginia), Asia Pacific (Mumbai, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney), Canada (Central), and Europe (Frankfurt, London).
