AWS Glue zero-ETL captures archived Salesforce records in target tables, providing a complete replica of Salesforce data for analytics and reporting. Existing pipelines run uninterrupted while the isArchived field is accurately populated.

AWS Glue zero-ETL integration with Salesforce now captures archived records into target tables, providing a complete replica for analytics and reporting. Archived records are accurately identified and reflected via the isArchived field, ensuring full synchronization with Salesforce sources. This feature is especially useful for high-volume entities like events, tasks, and activities that Salesforce automatically archives, enabling full visibility in analytics data stores. It applies automatically to zero-ETL integrations with no action required; new integrations capture archived records from day one, and existing ones are backfilled automatically without resyncing, resetting, or schema changes. Existing pipelines remain uninterrupted with the isArchived field set accurately. The feature is available in all AWS commercial and AWS GovCloud (US) regions where AWS Glue zero-ETL Salesforce integration is supported. To get started, continue using or create AWS Glue zero-ETL integrations for Salesforce via the AWS Glue console, CLI, or SDK.
