Amazon MWAA Serverless now available in AWS GovCloud (US)

Amazon MWAA Serverless is now available in AWS GovCloud (US-East) and AWS GovCloud (US-West). It automates Apache Airflow infrastructure management and scales compute resources on demand with a pay-per-use model.

Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) Serverless is now available in AWS GovCloud (US-East) and AWS GovCloud (US-West) regions, automatically eliminating Apache Airflow infrastructure management overhead and provisioning and scaling compute resources on demand, with pay-per-use billing charged only for actual workflow runtime.

Why it matters

AWS GovCloud (US) is designed for U.S. government-related workloads, making MWAA Serverless available in environments with high security and compliance requirements.
