AWS launches new experience to help builders get started and ship faster

AWS offers a new experience that simplifies how developers turn ideas into code on AWS. The streamlined sign-up process uses existing Google, GitHub, Apple, or Amazon credentials, eliminating the need for a credit card for most new customers, who receive up to $200 in free credits as part of the AWS Free Tier. Once signed up, developers can connect a coding agent to AWS with a single prompt, which automatically installs the AWS CLI and Agent Toolkit. The coding agent connects to the project and uses built-in guidance to deploy resources following best practices. As the project grows, team members can be invited via email, and project access is configured automatically. Many AWS resources created are automatically granted access to other AWS service resources through a new IAM role manager feature tailored for the project. When ready to upgrade the payment plan, monthly spending limits can be set based on usage patterns to stay within budget; reaching the limit pauses the project for the month. Additional projects can be created with one click, each with its own spending limit and different team members.
