Amazon Connect Customer introduces compact mode on analytics dashboards, maximizing screen space to display more operational data without scrolling

Amazon Connect Customer now includes compact mode on its analytics dashboards, reducing widget size and font while minimizing filters to maximize screen space. For example, enabling compact mode on a 13-inch laptop decreases row height, allowing supervisors to view all team agents on a single screen without scrolling and quickly identify non-compliant agents. This feature is available in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect Customer is offered.
