AWS Transform announces general availability of Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP support

AWS Transform now generally available for Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP, enabling a single migration workflow for block storage workloads

AWS Transform has generally available support for Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP for block storage workloads, enabling direct migration of compute and network from NetApp ONTAP, other block storage platforms, and VMware environments to FSx for ONTAP in a single wave, eliminating the need for intermediate storage platforms or separate migration tools. FSx for ONTAP is a fully managed production-ready shared storage service that combines ONTAP enterprise capabilities with AWS scalability and resilience.
